Hey Lovelies! This Nursery post is way over due! I totally thought that I would have baby Masons nursery finished before he got here, and that for sure did not happen! However, I have finally finished it with the exception of a few more pictures I would like to get hung up over his change table. I never knew how busy you get with having a new baby in the house, life changing but for the better
Advice I would have for those mamas out there that are creating that perfect little space for their soon to be little one, when you have the energy try and finish that room because you will just be super busy once baby makes his/her appearance!
However, if you don’t happen to get that perfect nursery finished by the time baby gets here don’t worry! You probably won’t even be using it fully until baby is bigger.
Mason’s nursery is the perfect little space, but he doesn’t even sleep in it yet as he is still sleeping in our room So if you don’t have time to get it finished don’t worry it will eventually get finished lol. So here are some photos of our Woodland themed nursery and I have listed where you can find these items
So the only thing that I let my husband pick out for Mason’s nursery was this really neat light.
This cute set of 3 paintings were made custom from my friend Heidi They fit perfectly above Masons crib.
I loved the idea of having a book wall! Such a great way to display your little ones collection of books 🙂 I found the inspiration for this idea from trusty old pinterest (I am so addicted). You can see more nursery inspirations on my pinterest board 🙂
I just love how it turned out 🙂 I am planning on adding a few pictures of Mason hanging over the changing table.
Here is a close up of changing station, I love mason jars and they make a great dispenser for baby wipes 🙂 Also using a regular dresser for your changing station works great for the long run! When your little one isn’t so little anymore you can use it for a regular dresser. I found that using inserts from IKEA helped sort everything from diapers to pacifier clips to burp clothes. The organizers that I found worked perfectly were these from IKEA.
