Good Morning Lovely’s, this will be my last pregnancy update! Can’t believe how fast this time has gone by.  My due date for baby M has come and gone and now we are just playing the waiting game! Baby M was expected on January 8th however he was a no show 🙁 Now he has 10 days to get his butt in gear and evacuate or I will have to go in for an induction.  So hopefully he arrives before times up, (fingers crossed). Thanks again for reading and hopefully you have found these little updates entertaining 🙂

How far along? 40 weeks

Baby’s size? Baby boy is the size of a Jackfruit , weighing between 6.2 lbs to 9.2 lbs

Stretch marks? Nope!

Sleep: Sleeping is still very uncomfortable.  The usual culprits such as heartburn, having to pee every few hours, baby kicking up a storm when trying to fall asleep.

Miss Anything? I miss being able to sit comfortably on anything, a couch, chair, bed, etc.  Baby is very low and it makes it very uncomfortable to sit properly haha.

Movement: Lots of movement, a bit gut wrenching at times! Especially when I am trying to sleep.

Food cravings: I really am enjoying chocolates this week. 🙂

Anything making you queasy or sick:  No nausea this week but not very hungry either.

Labor Signs: Yes, the usual Braxton Hicks contractions that are starting to get stronger, (however they have not developed a pattern yet). A little gross but, I woke up Thursday morning around 4:30 am bleeding.  I ended up freaking out and going to the hospital to get checked out.  Everything was fine and was told that, that was supposed to happen after a doctors check up and could also be the beginning of the “bloody show” and losing the gross mucus plug.  I was told not to worry.  I think it was a little more overwhelming because even though I knew it was supposed to happen, I think I was just not prepared for it lol

Symptoms:  Back pain, Braxton Hicks contractions, and Bloody Show….

Belly Button in or out? Still sticking out and looks so weird, hahaha!

Wedding rings on or off? On, but I think my fingers are beginning to swell at different times of the day.

Happy or Moody most of the time: Pretty good mood, just happy to be near the end of this crazy journey!

Looking forward to? Meeting our little man, but also a little scared because it is such an unknown territory to me, I have done so much reading and preparing but when it comes down to it, it’s pretty damn scary but exciting 🙂
